Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is a set of financial statements prepared under the accounting and reporting standards outlined by the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB). It reports the ACSA's activities and balances for each fiscal year.

Below you will find our current CAFR, and to the right, our previous reports. The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded the ACSA a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 33rd consecutive year. In order to be awarded the Certificate of Achievement, a governmental unit must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized CAFR. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable legal requirements.
