Understanding ACSA Water & Wastewater Connection Charges
At the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA), we apply system development and capacity charges to cover the costs of connecting new customers to our water and wastewater systems. These fees ensure that the infrastructure remains reliable and sustainable for our community. Below, you’ll find the current rates for both ACSA system development charges and Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) capacity charges.
