Charles serves as a Construction Inspector and is recognized for his outstanding representation on the Barracks West Water Main Replacement project. His collaboration with the property management company and residents in the neighborhood ensured the project was successful. He also worked closely with the contractors to coordinate two challenging water connections along Barracks Road. “Best in Class” service Charles, thank you!
