Montie serves as one of ACSA’s Crew Leaders and demonstrated Best in Class service during a recent water leak, ensuring the needs of ACSA customers were exceeded. Montie quickly responded to the reported leak, performed an in-depth investigation to determine the cause, and was able to restore water service in a timely manner. Throughout all of this, Montie remained calm and kept customers informed of the developing situation. Great job Montie!!
