Phillip serves as the ACSA’s Utility Data Analyst and he “strives to empower ACSA decision makers with pertinent and accurate data, consistently pushing the envelope on what is possible and exploring future potential.” His work has improved data quality and enhanced both the employee experience and customer experience by automating multiple processes.
